It sounds like you’re dealing with a frustrating email issue. Here are some steps and suggestions to help you understand and address the problem:

Go to our Email Health Tool, scan your domain and check if the email domain configuration has any issues.

You also mentioned that emails are not arriving in your inbox. This can be due to various reasons like spam filters, misconfigured settings on the sender’s or recipient’s email server, or issues with your email server or email service provider.

Please contact us using our contact form so our experts can take a look at your problem in detail.

I have found out I have not received emails from friends. Some have the “unauthenticated” bounce back message and some emails just do not arrive (Virgin Media). These are private individuals writing to me at a gmail account using various providers. None of the senders are technically minded. None of the emails relate to paid work, but are still time critical.

What about the bulk mail messages that we do want to receive? We have no idea what has been sent, so can only find another service provider. From what you are saying, this could then repeat itself if we move on to another provider.

I do not have a smartphone and am not on social media. Nor do I wish my contact details to be passed onto any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

How is this all to play out now?
