SigCheck is what worked for me.

As I was trying to determine why this app wasn’t working, the solutions that required it to be run were not viable. Similarly, there were no “Program Files” vs. “Program Files (x86)” directories to look into. Finally, the “Compatibility mode” solution actually gave the wrong answer, it included options back to W95, yet in the end, this was not a 32-bit app.
